Roy Knable loves television, I mean LOVES television. To the extent that he is failing at his job and his wife Helen is not pleased. Their marriage is crashing and Roy is not willing to make any effort to stop it. Helen has just about had enough and in a fit of rage she breaks the TV and goes to bed. Roy decides to bring up the small 3in television and spend the night watching more TV. Suddenly there is a knock at the door. Its a mysterious man offering a wonderful satellite dish package that includes a huge television. Slap it all with a free trial period and how could Roy say no? Once Helen finds out about this she is furious and threatens to leave. Just then they both get sucked into the satellite dish and sent into a television world. They now must survive 24 hours in various television programs to get their freedom. Watch Roy and Helen survive cartoons, sports events and game shows, all with a morbid twist. Oh yeah, their bland kids help out some too.
