Justice League of America

yeah. Justice League of America is a 1997 "Made For TV" film directed by Félix Enríquez Alcalá. The cast includes Miguel Ferrer, Kenny Johnston, Kimberly Oja, Michelle Hurd, and Matthew Settle. All of which have done small parts in numerous TV shows. The film was meant to be a pilot for a new Justice League show on CBS. Looks like it didn't work out.

This story, beyond loosely biased around the DC comic, follows the origin of Ice and how she becomes a member of the Justice League. The current members include Fire, Atom, Flash, and a Green Lantern (Guy). They are led by Martian Manhunter and live in New Metro, USA. Tori is your everyday run of the mill meteorologist. One day she is working late when she finds a mysterious suitcase containing a weird device. Oops, water gets spilt into the suitcase and Tori gains the ability to freeze things. Meanwhile, The Weatherman is threatening to destroy the city with natural disasters unless the city pays him X amount of cash. It is up to the Justice League to find the weatherman's weather machine and save the city. Will the Flash ever get a job? And who will hook up by the end of the film? I doubt you even care!
