Captain America

Before Chris Evans, Matt Salinger was the Patriotic Partitioner of Democratic Justice. This 1990 adaptation of the comic book series, created by Jack Kirby and Joe Simon, was directed by Albert Pyun. Cast also includes Ronny Cox (Total Recall, Deliverance), Ned Beatty (Superman), and Scott Paulin (The Right Stuff). This film received horrific reviews and didn't have a theatrical release in the US until 2011.

A Young Italian boy becomes kidnapped and then subject to a Secret Government Experiment. He is to become a Nazi Super Soldier, AKA. The Red Skull. Felling bad for what she has done, Dr. Vaselli helps America create their own Super Soldier. Steve Rogers soon becomes Captain America. Time is of the essence and he is quickly shipped off to battle the Red Skull, who plans to bomb the White House. The Red Skulls plan fails, but leads to Captain America being frozen in Alaska until 1990. Upon waking up, Steve finds that Red Skull is still up to no good. This time the plan is to kidnap the President and assume the position. Once again Captain America must save the day. I also think he hits it off with his ex girlfriends daughter.
